Making me think. Look for a blog from me to continue this thought stream. I know: 1. All people are motivated to be successful. They often get sidetracked by bad perceptions of self, lousy mentors and managers, or a series of events that kills their mojo. 2. Everyone is very special and unique and are put here to use their talents. It is our job to help them be who they can be. 3. If you cannot change, adapt or grow you will fail.
